# Retention Pin Landing Gear

STEP	ACTION	REFRENCE
1	Retention pins are located on the upper insertion into the aircraft shoulder and the lower insertion into the horizontal leg. They twist to click in.
2	You must push in the retention pin button then insert the leg until it sits securely into the shoulder/horizontal landing leg. Twist until you hear the click in and see the pin secured in it's slot. This is the same for disassembly. Push in the pin to release.
3	Ensure the safety collars are loosened when inserting and disassembling the landing gear with retention pins. Once the pins are locked in place, then double secure with the safety collars.
