# Installing Batteries

IMPORTANT! Battery Placement:

* Ensure the batteries are **oriented so that their cables are towards the rear of the aircraft** (*as shown below*).
* Ensure the batteries are seated firmly between the side, front, and rear mounts.&#x20;
