1
Locate the landing gear parts in the shipping container.
There are two landing gear, each consisting of a horizontal tube (secured in lid of case), and a vertical tube (slots in case)
2
Loosen the clamps on the horizontal tubes (with the rubber feet)
3
NOTE: The notches in the ends of the vertical tubes.
Insert each vertical tube into a horizontal tube so that the notch aligns with the inner features of the horizontal tube. Ensure the vertical tubes are fully seated in the horizontal tubes.
4
Tighten the clamp on the horizontal piece to secure the vertical piece in place, on both landing gear. NOTE: Some landing gear has retention pins (refer to the retention pin section for more detail on assemble/ disassembly)
5
Grasp the handle on the IF1200A body (see Fig. 2 below), and gently remove the aircraft from the shipping container.
6
While holding the aircraft up, extend and lock the two arms that are above the landing gear sockets (Fig. 3).
7
Insert the landing gear into the sockets (Fig. 4 below), ensuring the landing gear are firmly seated in the sockets. Tighten the clamps on the sockets.
1
Place the batteries in the rubber alignment pads on the battery platform. Ensure the batteries are oriented so that their cables are towards the rear of the aircraft, as shown below. Ensure the batteries are seated firmly between the side, front, and rear mounts.
2
Rotate the Handle up and over the batteries.
3
Locate the Latches on either side of the batteries. Lift and rotate them up, then secure them over the Latch Hooks (Fig. 5 below).
4
Plug the battery cables into the battery connectors on the aircraft (Fig. 6).
1
Ensure that you have completed the necessary preflight checks for the IF1200A
2
Turn on your radio.
Perform the 'Arming with Remote ID' steps, if nec.) Note: LRT configurations do not have RID. If your IF1200A has the '17915' prefix followed by the serial number, you have RID. Failure to follow the RID arming steps will yield ODID Pre-Arm errors and prevent you from arming.
3
When the batteries are plugged into the IF1200A and you are in a safe takeoff location, arm the IF1200A by holding full low throttle and full right yaw. Once armed all the motors will spin up.
4
After the IF1200A is armed, you may take off and utilize the aircraft.
Recommend checking the vehicle's orientation before takeoff by giving small roll/pitch inputs.
Ensure you are monitoring IF1200A voltage during flight to avoid low battery situations.
Loiter Mode is programmed to the 'A' button, Position Hold is the 'B' button on the HereLink controllers. NOTE: Do not use unsupported flight modes from the on-screen drop-down menu. Flight Modes
5
Once the flight or mission is complete, return to a safe location to land the IF1200A.
Land by holding the left stick in the downward position until the vehicle lands and disarms.
6
Press the power button for 2 seconds to power off the vehicle.
7
Detailed operating procedures can be found in the aircraft set up section. Ensure you have reviewed and understand each step before flying.
