The serial number is included on a QR code sticker on the bottom of the IF800 in the following format:

<summary>How do I clean my IF800?</summary>

You can blow off your aircraft with compressed air, and wipe off any tough debris with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol and a soft microfiber cloth.  Use caution not to dampen electronics. &#x20;

Use Caution and follow safety warnings on the product.

<summary>Why did my IF800 initiate a return to launch?</summary>

This is a safety parameter we set at the factory to prevent the drone from running out of battery during flight. The aircraft will automatically RTL when low battery voltage is detected.

If you are experiencing unexplained RTLs that are not related to low battery, it is likely due to  a weak radio signal caused by a large distance between the drone and controller, large metal objects present near the drone or controller, or other electronic devices operating in close proximity to the drone or controller.

<summary>What will happen if my IF800 loses radio link with my hand controller?</summary>

If link is lost, the IF800 will initiate a Return To Launch (RTL), ascend to the RTL altitude set by the factory or user, and come straight back to the launch point.

<summary>What if there are obstacles in the flight path if a Return to Launch is initiated?</summary>

If the IF800 is operating around power lines, trees, or tall structures, it is highly recommended to set your RTL altitude at a height that would allow the IF800 to fly over those obstacles.

<summary>What happens if my IF800 loses GPS signal?  </summary>

The two GPS antennas on top of the IF800 are redundant. If one goes down, the other will still provide GPS position data. If GPS is jammed or lost altogether, the IF800 will go into Altitude Hold flight mode. You will have manual control of the aircraft at that point and can safely land. &#x20;
