Battery LED Errors
My Battery is flashing red and blue what does this mean?
Red and Blue means a charge is detected as the battery is waking up. Ensure it is not plugged into a charger or the aircraft and press the center button to clear the error. If there error does not clear please contact customer service.
My battery has flashing red light?
A flashing red light means a battery fault has been triggered
Flight issues
Only one battery is draining?
In some case the batteries can go to sleep while sitting inside the aircraft. Waking up both batteries prior to flight and installing the batteries as one of the last steps of flight setup procedure can help mitigate this. Ensuring the charge levels are close together (within 2-3%) can also keep this from happening.
Other
Battery feels warm?
The battery is most likely in a self discharging state. After 48 hours without discharging, the battery will prepare for storage mode and discharge down to a safe level.
If you notice other signs of the battery being unhealthy, eg. swelling, leaking fluid, etc. do not use or ship this battery. Follow your local guidelines for proper disposal. For replacement batteries, contact Inspired Flight.
