This instruction will guide you through upgrading the gimbal firmware to 7.8.6. You will need to check the gimbal firmware version in the web GUI described to confirm which version you have.
This update is meant to be in conjunction with updating to IGC version 1.3 or later.

Download VIO Gimbal Firmware
Select file gremsy_vio_v783_Official.zip

Extract the zip file
Select the button labeled Extract all

Confirm access to gTuneDesktop 1.4.9.5 application
If not already installed, download gTuneDesktop 1.4.9.5 via the link here.
After downloading, extract the folder
Launch executable
Follow download instructions

Power on VIO and connect USB-C from gimbal to laptop
USB-C should be connected from gimbal and not the camera

Launch gTune
On the first page find and select VIO
Select Connect

Within the application, navigate through the following selections
Select Upgrade
Next, select Upgrade Firmware
Next, select Manual Upgrade
Select Browse

Navigate to the previously downloaded and extracted file from Step 2
Locate the file gremsy_vio_v783_Official and select
Click Ok, when prompted prompted with the following SBUS message popup

Click on the button for Upgrade
The progress bar should load
Gimbal will restart
Upon completion, a pop up will show Upgrade Successful
