The IF1200A has six LED navigation lights. One Red (Front, Port, left side arm), One Green (Front, Starboard, right-side arm), & Four White (two side arms, two rear arms).
If a navigation light fails to turn on it should be replaced. The lights are a twist-lock design and rotate into the housing receptacle to lock in place. (Figure 1)
They are also secured with a rubber o-ring seal. (Figure 2)
Installing the light will require a plastic spudger stick tool. This tool is used to push the o-ring past the drone's arm. (Figure 3)
BEFORE beginning, make sure the housing's receptacle and the light's notches are ALIGNED.
REMEMBER: The light's internal housing assembly is NOT removed for this procedure.
Once the light and o-ring are past the arm's opening, continue to make adjustments & apply light, inward pressure until the light is inserted deeper and properly twist-locks into the housing.
If the light is not rotating and locking into place properly, you will need to begin again. Remember to make note of the alignments.
The application of a small amount of dielectric grease or isopropyl alcohol, to encourage the o-ring into place, may be helpful.
